It comprises two Chartered Surveyors, David Rawlins, DipBldgCons FRICS IHBC, and Mark Stephenson FRICS. David Rawlins Ltd Chartered Surveyors has been operating since 1995, concentrating on Residential Surveys & Valuations full time. We do not sell houses and are therefore able to offer independent advice.
